Fab cobalt blue striped band. Nice clean old cut diamonds in there. Inside is inscribed ‘George Turner Freeman Mar 1st 1882’. Full hallmarks for being made in 18ct, in London, in 1878 - meaning it was inscribed 4 years afterward. Probably was a locket back there.
