A Vicky family locket in the shape of a thick book, modelled in high carat. A border of a black enamel meander pattern surrounds a cobalt blue enamel plaque held in by a strip of pearls on a hatched ground. The back is engraved with a floral design (very much a locket that can be worn showing either side). Detailed engraved leaves to the sides. Opens to show two locket oval shaped compartments, very much designed to look like a real life photograph album of the day (with the detailing to the corners.)
