A large Victorian, high carat love knot brooch. Luscious rich gold forms thick loops around a turquoise enamelled star with a diamond and pearl centre. The enamelling is original and perfect. It has a locket compartment to the back. It also has a loop so it can be worn as a pendant. Beautifully made.
